Mission Critical Software Inc. (Nasdaq:MCSW), a leading provider of systems management software for Microsoft Windows NT- and Windows 2000-based networks and Internet infrastructures, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Ganymede Software Inc., a privately held company that is a leading provider of end-to-end network performance management software, for approximately 2.75 million shares in Mission Critical Software common stock.
